Description
This hand-built ceramic vessel embraces irregularity and transformation. Layered surfaces of deep blues, earthy blacks and pale washes are animated by impressed marks, fragments of text and a circular motif that suggests a celestial form. The softly distorted rim and visible seams reveal a process guided by intuition, allowing the clay to find its own resolution.
